1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AFROSTORY, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. User Accounts and Security
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, PIN, and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any material that infringes on any intellectual property rights, is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise violates the rights of third parties.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Changes to Terms
AFROSTORY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the platform is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
